The Church at Mirror Lake is an inter-denominational church and a member of the Association of Related Churches (www.relatedchurches.com). We believe the Christian life is an intimate relationship with the giver of life-Jesus, a life emphasizing freedom, and not a life of rules and regulations.

We are Christ-centered, Spirit-Empowered, and Community-oriented. We are committed to providing an environment where people can discover the Winner's life found in Christ and honor Him as we Love, Serve, Reach, Grow and Connect.

What to expect at our Sunday Worship Celebration:

A celebration is defined by Webster as "the observation of a notable occasion with festivities." We gather together to Biblically celebrate Jesus and His grace at work in our lives!

It has been said that our worship celebrations are "as if Jesus is really there!" He is! He said in Matthew 18:20: "For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them."

Our celebrations last about an hour and 15 minutes and normally include: times of music and singing, an opportunity to give, practical Bible teaching, and personal altar ministry. Our music is an energetic blend of contemporary songs, traditional hymns, and choruses. It is common to experience one or more of the gifts of the Spirit as defined in I Corinthians 12:8-11.

The congregation is encouraged to join in by singing, clapping and other Biblical expressions of worship. You'll notice a lot of variety in how people participate in the worship time: some sit, others stand, some raise their hands. The emphasis is on Who we worship, not how we worship. Here you can be the person you were meant to be...here you can be yourself.
